Strengthening the relations between Moscow city organization VOIR and regional organizations VOIR
In order to develop the inventive and innovative activity in Russian Federation and strengthen interregional connections, MCO VOIR took initiative to sign the agreements on cooperation and partnership with the following civil organisations:
